This is an absolutely must see film, the best film I've seen in the last few years it kept me on the edge of my seat from the beginning to the end due to the brilliant captivating storyline. However what really made this film so special for me was the outstanding music throughout which excites me about the prospect of maybe a possible soundtrack.
Luke Goss was outstanding, better than I thought, his character was very cool and modern and I can already see him replacing Daniel Craig as the new modern and realistic James Bond!
And believe me I've seen a lot of thrillers over my time but this really was something truly special! Highly Recommended! :-)
Fmovies: This film is really good. I was not expecting something like this. Reminds me of Heat and Drive a little bit - the way it looks and the acting is really really good.
Luke goss is very suited to play a hit-man, he plays it realistic in a way i was not expecting.
The little boy that plays him as a boy is very good as well. he even looks like a young Luke goss.
tThe french woman is beautiful - i would have liked to see more of her.
The story is good, different, not like other films and intelligent.
I saw that it is number 18 on moviemeter!!! That is amazing acheievment. It is sitting next to big Hollywood films. Shows that you cannot stop a really good film like this one.
Not sure what people's problem is with this film.
From the score you'd think it was terrible...
... but it certainly isn't.
It's moody, well-paced and plotted and well acted for the most part.
With some good twists...
I know Luke Goss isn't exactly Al Pacino but he's good in this part.
Well worth a watch - ignore the naysayers.
Is that ten lines yet? Good grief.
Way to force people to add superfluous text! All I wanted to say was "ignore the weirdly low score - it's a good movie".
Interview with a Hitman fmovies. I don't agree with the complainers about this film. Luke Goss is a stone cold killer from early age to adulthood. He played his part really well. I didn't pay all that much attention to the other characters enough to critique them much. The music tracks were quite good and someone already mentioned almost haunting. Sure there are some plot holes and some bad acting from some lesser characters in the movie. But that's actually quite normal for action flicks of any budget. Overall I enjoyed the film and the action scenes were pretty good for it's budget. The story is true to the movie's description. I gave this a 9 out 10 because I really can't complain about much. For the budget of the film it beat out dozens of action flicks I've seen in the last 12 months that had much higher budgets. However, I preferred Luke's bad-ass character in Blood In Blood Out more.
This is by far the best British made thriller I have seen in a long time, the story is gritty, intense and compelling. Although the film was produced on a low budget, this for me enhanced the authenticity of the film and surpasses many other high budget thrillers in my opinion!
Luke Goss plays the lead character Viktor the Hit-man, Luke displays his raw talent throughout and his portrayal of an assassin is most compelling.
Perry Bhandal has done an fantastic job creating this film. I am truly amazed to hear that this was his first feature length film and I for one can't wait to see his next film!
The movie delivered in parts and mainly in the parts that matter. Generally the acting across the film showed some good performances and there were enough of these to hold the film together. For me it distances itself from other films in the 'hitman' space by not trying to masquerade as something it not. As with many low budget films it could be enhanced with investment time and resources, but we truly need these types of films within the industry. In fact, the challenge of not having the capital forces those involved to focus on the basics. This film delivers with a refreshing attempt to portray its characters and deal with a fast moving complex plot. The director has shown potential for delivering raw and hard hitting material. I'd like to say the film rocks, without making references to those who may have had alternative careers in the past. Seriously, a good film well made, with everything in place to make this an enjoyable watch.
