8-Bit Christmas (2021)

There's some good laughs looking back at pre computers and OG Nintendo, but it is pretty poorly written despite decent performances from the kids. Could have been 30 minutes shorter and could have done without the predictable misdirects. Can't even imagine what suffering this would inflict on even younger generations than me, a millennial. Decent ending brought it up from a 4 to a 5. Nothing special.

Fmovies: It's wonderful to be able to watch a lighthearted family friendly movie without having politics rammed down your throat.

This is a decent film, suitable for families with younger children (probably around 10 or so) who want to watch something to do with Christmas that will keep the kids entertained.

This is worth watching at least once.

I have watched lots of Christmas movies and I think this tops my list....tops my list in the sense of nostalgic childhood memories and the wishful thinkings and desires. This made me miss those days, the days of wanting and not getting...was painful and made scenes in this movie very painful and gritting. Performances were so perfect from children to parents and this so far marks a beautiful Christmas movie for the family.l this year and beyond👌🏾

8-Bit Christmas fmovies. RATED 9/10 Language: English RECOMMENDED

One of the best Christmas movie I ever watched...Very good family entertainer with touching climax.... This will be more understandable by 40yr old parent than the kid... The 1980's era and running behind video games were superbly captured with ultimate fun.

The flashback kid is ultimate cast for this movie... we can feel all the feelings perfectly in his face... the excitement, disappointment and final satisfaction everything is so cute to see on hi face....

Some funny lines regarding today's technology generation and they are all true. Good little actors. Great ending! A bit sentimental but that's the whole point! What's missing from this social media generation and the gamers before them is the sentimentality of life (and a work ethic). It's worth a watch.

This does not resemble the 80s at all. Being an 80s child and 8-Bit Gamer there was very little like the 80s other than a few references and a Nintendo.

Its not all that funny and basically a rip-off of A Christmas Story.

Not a terrible movie but not a great one either.
